As Fort Mill keeps growing, so does retail. Jobs are being created in Fort Mill and surrounding areas that are drawing people to the city. Just 15 min south of Charlotte, Fort Mill will surely be a hot spot for visitors of the Democratic National Convention. There are new businesses opening up all the time. Hopefully retailers will see a surge in business from the convention crowds. Fort Mill is a fresh market for new retail. With the economy on the up swing, Fort Mill should see lots of development.

Charanda Mexican Grill - Pendleton Village
Charanda Mexican Grill is the newest restaurant to open in Fort Mill. Located in the new shopping center Pendleton Village off Highway 160. The restaurant has seen high praise in just two months of being open. Critics rave the great menu and the quality of food. Charana's has it's fair share of competition in Fort Mill, but it seems to be gaining market power. Charanda's in one of the anchors in Pendleton Village. There is still space left in fast growing shopping center in Fort Mill.
