A decision about who will build the Fort Mill hospital will not be made for another year. The court case will not be put to trail until the later part of this year, early next year. The multi million dollar project will change health care in the For Mill area and bring in a large net income. The hospital would really boost retail and traffic through the Fort Mill area.

Fort Mill Market
The Fort Mill market keeps expanding. With new companies relocating to the area, the market is growing. Publix is set to open at the end of the year and it will be located in a new shopping center. Leasing for the new shopping center will go well since Publix carries a strong brand. Fort Mill will continue to attract retailers attention.
