Buyer Attitude

Consumers attitude has reach its highest lever in more than four years. Optimism about the economy, job market, and income are the reason. Almost half of consumers believe the economy has improved. Consumer confidence is still very vulnerable, but hopefully this new found confidence will improve buyers perspective. Buyers are eager in York County to do deals.

Fort Mill Chamber

Fort Mill Area Council Chamber of Commerce serves as the local office under the York County Regional Chamber of Commerce. The council is led by elected volunteer members along with several committees and volunteers from the community. The Fort Mill council promotes local business and new business opportunities. Fort Mill Hospital

A decision about who will build the Fort Mill hospital will not be made for another year. The court case will not be put to trail until the later part of this year, early next year. The multi million dollar project will change health care in the For Mill area and bring in a large net income. The hospital would really boost retail and traffic through the Fort Mill area.
