New retail development is coming to Fort Mill. Restaurant chain, McAlister's Deli will open. Fort Mill is becoming more and more attractive for large franchisers. Expect more retail to come to Fort Mill. McAlister's has 2 stores in Rock Hill and is now breaking into the Fort Mill market. Retail in Fort Mill is a growing market.
